1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Youtan Copycraft ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Youtan Copycraft provides professional copywriting and business text writing services, including but not limited to website copy, email campaigns, product descriptions, blog writing, and SEO content. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for information or feedback in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Make payments according to the agreed terms
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on projects over ₹20,000
• Full payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

5. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included in your package will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Major scope changes may require a new project agreement and additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will own the copyright to the final delivered content. Until full payment is received, Youtan Copycraft retains all rights to the work. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. You warrant that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Confidentiality

We will keep all client information and project details confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law. If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please request one before sharing sensitive information.

8. Project Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as client delays in providing information or feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies:

• Projects can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund
• Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable
• If we cancel a project, you will receive a full refund of any payments made
• Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion based on work completed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youtan Copycraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for how you use or implement the content we create.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youtan Copycraft from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
